HOW TO USE THE AO INFINITY MAT 

  1. Use the temperature control dial to set the desired temperature of the mat, adjust the setting for your comfort (commonly between 35-40).
  2. Press the PEMF button until the green light comes on (we are using the deep relaxation setting today!)
  3. Lie down, close your eyes and relax! Let the infrared and PEMF technology fully relax your body and recharge your battery!


RECOMMENDED USE: The initial use should be 30 minutes. Each consecutive use can be longer according to the user’s needs. Adjust the intensity to the user's comfort level every time.
