HOW IT WORKS: Energy will initially be concentrated at the ankle, slowly move up the legs, and eventually the entire body; this may take several sessions. - Place bare feet firmly on the electrode plates.
- Adjust the desired time of the screen display located on the device. The default is 30 minutes.
- Adjust the intensity of the energy output from low to more intense based on the user's comfort. The time, energy+, energy-, and start/stop settings are designated specifically for the electrode plates. The model, intensity+, intensity-, and temperature settings are designated for the band. (These settings do not adjust the electrode plates' settings but the waistband's settings).
